Part 2: The Prochaska Model for
Behavioral Change /
Behavioral Science Breakthrough you can use.
This may be the most exciting information in all of behavioral
science. Losing weight and creating health requires change in your
behavior. The good news is that effective and permanent behavioral
change is no longer a mystery. The key to success in joyfully changing
habit patterns is to use a set of powerful

cravings are driven by subconscious beliefs and attitudes - "subconscious
programming." Many of these subconscious beliefs and attitudes
are limiting in nature, and are actually driving the behavior we
would like to change.

the wisdom that our minds are much larger in scope than just the
conscious portion of our everyday mind. On a deeper level, below

seminar you’re going to learn a new approach. An approach
that will return huge benefits for the time and the effort you invest.
If you have never really enjoyed exercising, all that is going to
change for you as well, when you learn this exercise program and
begin these exercises as part of your new lifestyle. The
pounds are going to start falling away, and you are going to feel
better than ever.
The foundation of the Scientific Health and Weight Loss Program
is the “mind-body connection.” And we have designed
an exercise program that you will tailor into your life, which will
be based on “heart rate monitored feedback.” It sounds
