Part 1: The Structure of Personal Mastery /
Goal-Setting Structures that work like magic.

To obtain the results you want in your life, during this seminar program you'll develop a new understanding of how to structure your goals and outcomes so that they literally pull you along to success. This is 21st Century wisdom that is so important and so fundamental, it will change the way you think about everything you do in life. This is wisdom that will greatly increase your ability to create the results you want. You'll learn how structuring your outcomes properly can create energy, momentum, leverage, and follow-through. You will use this wisdom to begin the development of your HEALTH and WEIGHT LOSS PLAN.


Part 2: The Prochaska Model for Behavioral Change /
Behavioral Science Breakthrough you can use.

This may be the most exciting information in all of behavioral science. Losing weight and creating health requires change in your behavior. The good news is that effective and permanent behavioral change is no longer a mystery. The key to success in joyfully changing habit patterns is to use a set of powerful strategies in the proper sequence at the proper time. You will learn the six stages of behavioral change from the Prochaska model, and they will form the basis for your PLAN. Losing weight and creating health requires not only changes in your habit patterns, but in your thoughts and your beliefs as well. Much of our patterns of eating, our impulses to eat, even our food cravings are driven by subconscious beliefs and attitudes - "subconscious programming." Many of these subconscious beliefs and attitudes are limiting in nature, and are actually driving the behavior we would like to change.

Here in the 21st Century, modern science is once again validating the wisdom that our minds are much larger in scope than just the conscious portion of our everyday mind. On a deeper level, below the conscious level of your mind, much of your current subconscious "programming" is driving "overweight" behavior.

That is what this part of the program is designed to do. We will break through the myths and the confusion about food, nutrition and weight loss. You are going to truly understand the science of weight loss and optimum health.

We want you to participate in a “food knowledge revolution,” because knowledge is power… the power to make really good choices… the power to make food choices that will be both healthy and pleasurable for you.

You will be reducing your calories, but you will not feel deprived. You will understand how to structure your mealtimes and how to choose your meals, so you’ll avoid the food cravings that can doom a weight loss program. Part 5: Scientific Exercise for Health and Weight Loss… (and personal enjoyment.)

Central to health and weight loss is exercise. But wait!… do not judge exercise from your past experience, because in this seminar you’re going to learn a new approach. An approach that will return huge benefits for the time and the effort you invest. If you have never really enjoyed exercising, all that is going to change for you as well, when you learn this exercise program and begin these exercises as part of your new lifestyle. The pounds are going to start falling away, and you are going to feel better than ever.

The foundation of the Scientific Health and Weight Loss Program is the “mind-body connection.” And we have designed an exercise program that you will tailor into your life, which will be based on “heart rate monitored feedback.” It sounds like a fancy term, but it’s very simple and very effective. If you can raise your metabolic rate, you’ll burn up more calories even while you’re sleeping. The best way, the scientifically proven way to raise your metabolic rate is to lift weights. Yes, weight training makes a huge difference. But don’t get the wrong idea. We’re not talking about rigorous barbell workouts with Mr. Universe. We’ve designed an easy to learn, easy to do weight training program for you, using handheld weights, called “dumb bells.” You’ll receive your own set of dumb bells, and before the seminar is over you’ll be completely comfortable using them, no matter your body size or current level of fitness.
